1 – Tax-free– (MA-MZ) License Plate Vehicle Sales
                Foreigners who have residence and working permits in Turkey, who come for education in foreign status, who come as a foreign teacher or a lecturer or who are retired; can purchase vehicles with a Visitor License Plate (MA-MZ) as tax free from VAT, PCT and Customs Taxes in Turkey according to their status. The foreigners who have such kinds of vehicles also sell their vehicles to another foreigner in the same status.
                Tax free or (MA-MZ) license plate vehicle sales and purchase are performed in 2 different types.

1. Vehicles guaranteed from Turkey Touring and Automobile Club:

Foreigners who have residence and working permits in Turkey, who come for education in foreign status, who come as a foreign teacher or a lecturer or who are retired or foreigners who are athletes in a specific Federation; can purchase their vehicles by registering against a guarantee with a specific amount after looking at the engine volume and model year of the vehicles.
B –Vehicles which are not guaranteed from Turkey Touring and Automobile Club
Foreign diplomats who are working in Embassies and Consulates.
Consular agents working in Honorary Embassies.
Foreign technical personnel and Attaches working in the Embassies and Consulates.
Foreign Journalists working in Press Establishments and having a Prime Ministry Yellow Press Card.
Foreign NATO personnel.
Foreigners working in the companies such as the World Bank, IMF, Black Sea Corporation Organizations

Every foreigner having the above mentioned properties who are residing in Turkey for Working and Education purposes, can purchase a MA-MZ Plare car  or Diplomatic vehicle by benefiting from the Personal Tax exemption.

People who cannot take a Visitor or Diplomatic License Plate
-Who don’t have working permit but having a residence permit

2 – Vehicle Registration, Customs Clearance and Procedures

Our company undertakes to register your vehicle in all the Governmental departments in a secure way with our professional staff. We start to work immediately after delivering your vehicle and the relevant documents for registry and deliver your registered vehicle and the documents to the place where you are as soon as possible.

Hence:

1. We register your TTAC report at Turkey Touring and Automobile Company.
2. We deliver your vehicle to the customs office and we clear it from the customs clearance after its registry is done.
3. We have your vehicle approved at TSI (Turkish Standards Institute) together with the Traffic Certificate
4. We register your vehicle at the Traffic Section together with the Traffic Certificate which we have received from TSI and the customs office.

For your previously registered vehicle:

1. If you have a vehicle which will be out of date in the Touring Club, we follow up the time extension procedures both in Touring and at the Customs Clearance. We take your documents from your address and again deliver them to your address.
2. When your duty is ended and you think to go abroad, we sever the connection of your vehicle from Traffic, Customs and Touring Club and again deliver all the relevant documents to you.
3. In case you sell your vehicle to another foreigner, again we sever the connection of your vehicle in all the departments and deliver the documents to the purchaser foreigner.
4. The Customs Warehouse waiting period in the Republic of Turkey is 1 month. In case your vehicle is waiting at the customs because of the missing documents and in case it will expire the 1-month period, we can perform your time extension request at the Customs office.

3 – Vehicle Supply from Abroad

If we cannot provide a vehicle for you within Turkey according to your demands, we can provide a vehicle from our companies abroad in a secure and guaranteed way. 4 – Sending Your Vehicle to Abroad

When you finished your duty in Turkey and you want to send your vehicle to your own country, we also give service. We can send your vehicle to your country by completing its transactions in all the Governmental departments.

• We sever the connection of your vehicle by cancelling its registration certificates from the Traffic Section.
• We deliver your vehicle to the customs office and register your documents.
• We take your guarantee from the Touring Club and deliver it to you.
• We transfer your vehicle to every country in Europe by the most reliable Transportation company of Germany.
• If you want your delivery out of Europe, we deliver your vehicle to any country by Ship transportation after loading on a Container.
